We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. For quality problems, wrong product, shipped by wrong size, missing items, we offer return or exchange service. Otherwise, we don't accept the return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy in Details:
- Product has quality problems
Quality problems include inconsistent color, defective or items significantly different from our store images or description. Customer should contact us within 15 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or return. If we confirm that is our responsibility, we will provide a refund or replacement.
2. Return/exchange of wrong size costume / Wrong product
- All costumes are produced in strict accordance with the size specifications on our website, double check will be made before shipment. All costumes are manually measured,2-4cm measurement error is acceptable, which is not a size problem
- If we delivery customer the costume with wrong size, we accept return/exchange.Customer should contact us within 3 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for a replacement or return.If we confirm that is our responsibility, We will provide a refund or exchange.
- Please understand if customer choose the wrong size, wrong product and wrong color.Return and exchange is not applicable.
- Missing Items
Missing items of your several order items or missing accessories. We will check carefully before shipment to avoid such problem, but if this happens, customer should contact us within 3 days of delivery of items. If we confirm that is our responsibility, we will re-delivery the missing items or partial refund the price of the missing items depend on your choice.
Didn't get your order. If you have not received your order for a long time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the shipping company in time to confirm whether your parcel is in transit or lost. If it is confirm that your parcel is lost, you can ask for re-delivery or apply for a refund.

- Due to sanitary reasons, swimwear, Lingerie, and accessories are non-returnable;
Return / Exchange (if applicable) Steps:
- 1. Email us (email@example.com) to receive the return / exchange form to fill and the returm address and then send back to us.
- 2. Print the filled return / exchange form, or write down the information in a clean paper if you are not convenient to print. Pack it with the item(s) into the original packaging;
- 3. Send back the package via local post service or Regular Mail Service , and E-mail us the tracking information after you shipped the package out;
- 4. Once your return package reach us, we'll refund or an exchange within 5 business days.
Remind: Before returning items, please make sure your order refund is acceptable, thanks for your cooperation.We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without checking with us first.
